Easiest/Best/Least Expensive HID kit?

I know this has been (sort-of) asked in the past, but the price of HID kits has come way down and it's hard for me to justify spending more than $200 on one... What kits don't throw codes that are reasonably priced and are 35w? I don't want to go 55w if it's brighter, also I like the benefit of less heat being generated inside the light.

Yeah I'm sure there is one around here somewhere. it is actually very easy. the one small catch though is that you have to drill into the bulb access caps to feed the bulbs through.

It really isnt a big deal though. I think I had mine all installed from start to finish in 30 minutes or so and that was including tinkering with the first one.
