Mercedes C350
Keyless-Go

So my sister bought a Mercedes C350 Sport Sedan and when she first purchased the car she did not include the keyless-go option. Is it possible to still add on this option by going to the dealer and ask them to install it? If so how much would it cost?

it's not an add on option, even if it is you're looking at 3000+ for this add-on with all the labor and parts.

Is it "possible" yes. Is it cost effective - no. IT would probably cost MUCH more than it would to have her trade in her car for one that is equipped with this package (most likely the only route you can take).

Coming from my Infiniti it was a pain to get used to. However, I eventually got used to it and it isn't all that bad now. Still wish that Mercedes would just include this standard already though... Also, tell her that she can express roll-up and roll-down her windows and sunroof by holding down the lock and unlock buttons (respectively) while pointing at the little black bar on the door handle within a few inches. That always appeases people a bit to learn that.

The answer is a very simple no. Key-less go requires dozens of individual components that are available at the factory and installed during factory assembly. The option cost during assembly might be $3,000.. but retrofitting require twice the assembly labor, and the duplication of several parts.

Like what everyone else said: possible but really costly and not worth it imo.
