lol why do you care so much about what other people do to their cars? this is your own opinion...which in this case, should've kept to yourself. I could plastidip my entire car and not give two sh*ts about what you have to say about it.
"bingo.....just cause you have a euro doesn't mean your made out of money....I've seen people plastic dip stuff before and couldn't';t tell between that or paint/powder coat..."

I havent plasti dipped anything and I probably never will. I have access to a bodyshop for free so I can paint anything I need. I never heard of the stuff til here. I did buy a can and paint my bobcat in a few spots, but it does look decent if done right. AND you can peel it off, thats the beauty of the stuff. I can tell your older, and im in my late 30s, but who cares what they do anymore. take whatever ideas you want and leave the ones you dont. I copied alot of ideas from the board, its about sharing, and information. I understand what you mean tho, but if we were all high rollling we'd be in black series benzez not C classes

Some new Honda's sell for more then $25,000! And they are not even close to a high-end / luxury car.

I've never heard of plasti-dip until a couple months ago on MBWorld, and I've been here for almost 2 years. At first, it seemed like a cheap way out, but after learning about the pros, mainly being able to peel this stuff off, plasti-dip is kind of attractive. I'm with you on powdercoating wheels, though. I'm not sure how durable plasti-dip is, but I think it should be left for small jobs, like getting rid of chrome trims.
This is a discussion board for a reason.
Haha!

If it was open to discussion like, what are the pros and cons of plasti-dip or why do people plasti-dip things instead of powdercoating I'm 100% sure you would've gotten different replies.
I have plasti-dipped many things (never wheels though) and it's pretty damn awesome. Sprayed many many emblems, trims, and other stuff for my car and my friends cars.
Have you ever tried it plasti-dip? just curious...

So I live in Europe, right... And a C class is actually a pretty nice car. A BS is down right awesome. But in the end no one really cares. I suggest you folks cool it with the hate. No one cares, but insults, harrasing and stalking will get you suspended.
