i buy an new E Coupe steering wheel replace my C180k（w204）。install ok，button is ok。but the question is，The light of Button doesn't work，can somebody tell me why and how to fix it？

who did the install? did you make sure the wires were the same and nothing was missing? in US we dont have that model and style, a little different, very few people have changed their wheel especially for $1500 US. Why so much? for just black stock E wheel? carbon fiber is cheaper!

If you retrofit the C facelift steering wheel the entire "Mantelrohrmodul" (I have no idea how to accurately translate that; the switch assembly behind the steering wheel, I have attached a picture for clarification) needs to be replaced in order to make the lights of the buttons work. I assume it is the same with your E class wheel.
