Newbie here from Hawaii!!! Nice work! Funny, I have a 03 Murano and have an aftermarket HID kit installed for my foglights. I mounted the ballasts in the same location on my MO as you did on your W204, looks like the bumper reinforcement bar. I went through the same steps to install...w/o removing the wheel, opened up the fender well plastic guard and accessed the light housings through the back of the fender. Actually, had no choice because there is absolutely no room to fit my hands through the top of the engine bay.

Thanks for the video walk through! Looks like I'll have to pick up a kit soon from AZN Optics.
