DIY Video "How to easily do a proper and clean install your HID kit on your W204"

First off big thanks to Mike at AZN Optics for the great products and customer service! In this video I will show you how to do a clean and proper install on your low beam HID kit. This method I will be showing you will give you a clean OEM look, unlike others who I have seen that install the ballasts and harness' laying on top of the plastic fender liner in the engine bay If you have any questions please feel free to ask and your feedback is greatly appreciated!

Nicely done! This will really help a bunch of people who are unsure of themselves when it comes to this upgrade.
Only feedback I have is that grinding the dust cap down isn't absolutely necessary. Since the hole is only 7/8ths in size, you can just drill it below the center line. Absolutely no issues going this route. Just stating this for those that don't have a bench grinder or Dremel.
Great how-to once again. I predict it going sticky soon, especially as Mike really starts shipping qty...

Great job! I really wish you made this earlier because i installed the same kit and your idea for the canbus placement is good.

Very nicely done. That's a good hidden location and definitely gives it a clean OEM look.

Its very easy, the same method, just take out the same fasteners for the fender liner and peel it back as i did in this video, once you peel it back you will see the side marker and there is (1) torx screw holding it in, thats it. Just twist the bulb socket out first before you take that (1) screw out

One caveat to that is not all models/years have that torx screw holding it in.

Ah... ok, well nunez either way, the method of actually getting to the light is easy, once you see it, just look at how it is fastened on there.

Another great job... Thanks for posting it.

It is also safe to assume that the following method would also be the way to access the fog lights (instead of either removing the whole front bumper or having to reach backwards at the screws securing the foglight bulb holders)... So a triple shot there, access to headlights, side markers and fogs

One thing I should note (AND MAYBE MICHAEL COULD CHIME IN ON THIS AS WELL), in the video, and when connecting the wires to the OEM square plug (power supply), you specified that:

* the Red wire from the harness must be connected to the double black on the square plug...
AND
* the Black from the harness must be connected to the single black on the square plug...

Well, I did it the other way:

* the Red from the harness to single black on the square plug...
AND
* the Black from the harness to double black on the square plug...

And my lights, as far as I can tell, seem to work just fine... So, does it really make any difference at all???

^If you connected your wires in that orientation, than it would work if you have the plug on the harness flipped as well (Which seems like thats why its working for you)

And yes, i have gotten to the fog lights by peeling back the fender liner also. You would be surprised what all hides in there

You can actually get to the fogs from the front by removing the grille as well. There's three screws holding the fog grille. No need to remove the bumper, but approaching it from both front and back makes things easier.
