So take my car to dealership with a chip on my shoulder today in regards to some engine hesitation after my accident . Brought the car in three times and was given the run around about the issue . They don't want to work on it , take it somewhere else, lots of bs . Had to argue with my sa about it and finally got my way . Turns out the hesitation was caused by a screwed up o ring . Why could they not have realized this the first three times I took in . Happy it's fixed but seriously the Benz service really sucks .

huntington dealerships are snobby as hell! Anyways if you want to make a trip I had good experiences with Helms Bro. Mercedes and Silver Star Motors they're both in Queens and SAs are reasonable and helpful.
Before I bought my C350 I was looking into buying a Range at Huntington, and the sales rep did not even bother looking my way!

I've said it many times too and I'll say it again."Mercedes of Huntington Service Dept. sucks!"
They hire some seriously stupid SA's. Others have agreed with me on specific SA's (who no longer work there) that really SUCKED.
On the other hand I've had nothing but good and honest service from my SA at Bayside, NY Helms Bros.
