Service interval reset error!!!

E200C-Fully loaded, Obsidian Black, ILS, Panoramic roof and some other bits and pieces.
Service interval reset error!!!
Im having a problem reseting the service indicator on my 2009 C Class.
Im following all the steps to the point and after I confirm the last stage Im getting the following message:

"Full service could not be completed"
Any help is highly appreciated.

Are you trying to reset it too early, as in its not yet ready for service or it doesn't display service due?

It could be the opposite. If you're trying to reset a service that is past due, it won't let you reset it through the menu and you will probably have to bring it in to the dealer.
