C300 headlight position

09 c300

C300 headlight position

We have a 09 c300 sport that we purchased about two months ago.. I just noticed that the passenger side headlight isn't flush to the bumper and the hood.. Is anyone's else this way? Car is a cpo and has a clean one owner car fax.. Thanks

Have pics on my phone but can't upload them here. I don't have to slam the hood at all and I checked and all the latches are locked.. Also the passenger side headlight does shine further out than the driver side as others have stated ,but about 10ft in front of passenger side it's really bright like the fogs are on? Weird.. I'll try and get some pics from camera and upload them.. Thanks

this is common. just use a little force (pull, from open) when you drop the hood

I'm confused... I don't have a problem with opening or closing the hood

My passenger side isn't positioned correctly either. The gap is not even all the way around the headlight. The inner half seems to sit correctly, but the outer half seems to sit a little too high.
