2009 C300 4Matic
I think that seems like a good deal, but typically dealers always have some room to go down in price (unless that's the price you already got them down to), so you could probably offer to take it for another $1k less (maybe more) and they would probably take it. I drive nearly the exact vehicle (4Matic, Luxury model, Navigation, HK Sound, etc.), although mine is an '09 so there were some changes in standard options. It's a great car and you'll love all those options on it!

UPDATE

i had to walk away from this car today took it for the pre-purchase inspection at a mercedes benz dealer and they found some things. transmission service needed at 39K miles but was not done, one tire mismatch with a nail in it, alignment needed, wear and tear on all of the tires except for the mismatched tire. electrical wiring issue with the tail light (which would have been covered under warranty). so roughly 1000 - 1500 worth of work for a car that will only be under factory warranty for a couple of months.

i tried to make some sort of deal with lexus for the car but, they were only willing to take care of the alignment for the same price of $24k. if they had made all the repairs, i would had taken the car off of the lot today. but they decided not to budge on anything. i was really disappointed.

I say you dodged a bullet. And the dealership helped you by not making it easier to buy the car. Keep looking, you will find a good one soon enough. And don't forget to share your experience / adventures.

Go to Swapalease. com. you can take over a lease short term
on a newer car with lower mileage and the buyout will be in the mid 20's
I 've done it with 2 vehicles and would reccomend
