Here in Europe you have to have the full elctric seat option to get the mirror flip down option (which it does as soon as you put the car into reverse - and goes back automatically also when you finish). Hope this helps.

Not sure if it changed, but in the 2010 (mine) its only included with the P1 package, the memory seats control the mirrors by saving the angle you want for reverse. .

I am not sure of the specs, but the operator manual (comes with car) is more generic manual that covers all regions. I found one section saying rear side windows have manual pull-up sun blinds, pull it up and hook it up... That is for some regions not for US. My dealer says they have never seen one C-class that has that blind. Even with S-class, it is an option.

Specs might be the same? Having one generic manual saves MB printing cost but causes confusions to customers...

Get the dealer to punch your VIN into the Star system, and get a printout of all the option codes and descriptions for your W204. This will tell you exactly what you have and don't have.

Bill's got a point. You could also lead with asking them to show how this "listed" feature works on your car. Since you don't have memory seats, from what I've read on this forum you may not have the reverse tilt mirror. I checked MBUSA.com and I don't see it listed as a stand-alone option or as part of one of the other options (including Premium package).

Assuming you bought from MBSO (the dealer whose website your link points to), they may tell you the list has generic options that may not be representative of what's in your car, or they may tell you they forgot to update the website to reflect this year's models, or it's listed in error, but you should definitely get to the bottom of it.

Out of curiosity, how was your overall experience with them? Except for one visit to MBSO, I've only dealt with the other two MB dealerships in Orlando.

What year is it? You need the full memory seat package for it to work and that has not always been available in the US.

Good to know. Do share your experience with the service team when you take your car for service. They're closest to where I live (15-20 mins) but I keep driving all the way to Maitland since I've going there for a while.. Creature of habit / comfort level thing, but I keep asking myself if it's worth driving twice as many miles.

BTW, congratulations on your new car and welcome to the forum!
