Wow, that looks great. I am not so sure that it is a wrap... While it would have probably cost an arm and a leg if it were real carbon (or is it just matte or flat paint? I don't see any weaves for carbon fiber, but it could just be the picture quality), I am pretty sure that the hood, front fenders and front bumper are all aftermarket (widened and different design). And if they were going through all the trouble of getting a body kit like that and THEN wrapping it in carbon, it probably would have been much easier and not "much" more (respectively) to just get them all carbon. Either way, looks great!
Is it just me or do those side mirrors look gloss black? If it were a car wrap I would imagine they would have wrapped those too. And the roof looks a bit "shinier" (perhaps because it is a wrap vs real carbon body panels) or maybe just the sunlight hitting it instead of the hood. Who knows... lol'
EDIT: Actually, those are the body panels for the new SL65 black series, not aftermarket. I thought they could have been, but I wasn't sure. If you ask me then I think that this was just a matte black edition sl65 black series (they do make a few of these from the factory like this). Did it look like the one here:
