I'm installing a aftermarket Quad exhaust on my 2012 W204 C180 CGI.
My W204 has the AMG sports kit, so all I need to change is the following :-
- CF diffuser plate
- Heat shielding for the other exhaust side
Just waiting on the exhaust to arrive from the UK now...

Eisenmann.... best and most expensive option out there... so totally worth it... I have SRTs and 911s roll up to me telling me it sounds beasty... but sad knowing they will smoke me in a heart beat....

The carbon fiber diffuser from ebay cost USD180 + USD90 shipping
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/?cmd=...ht_2075wt_1079
Exhaust heat screening plates (optional but since i'm making that investment, another 200 bucks won't matter) from the dealership costs:-
Right Outer - A204 680 0222 - BND65
Right Inner - A204 682 8471 - BND80
Right Spare Wheel Well - A204 682 4671 - BND38
I'm estimating the installation cost to be USD50 here locally.
Once i got everything, probable in 3 weeks time, I'll post up the installation pics.
I agree the Eisenmann are great, but they only make them for the OEM twin exhaust like the C300 / C350. The C180 / C200 / C250 all have a 1.8L engine and a single exhaust on the left side. The only other manufacturer I could find is a custom shop in Indonesia and they only make a full titanium one that cost a whooping USD4000!!

Look at the pictures By c180k and you see what i mean.
They all have the Same exhausts with their own brand name on it .
Dont know if you have the facelifted W204? See you have the facelift
If so, i hope you had mentioned this to cks, because the diameter from the exhaust from an CGI facelift is different than from the not facelifted.
Had this issue with my Vaeth exhaust, had my exhaust received 3 weeks before i picked up my car, and i had to tell Vaeth that it wouldn't fit. And i was right.
So had to send back the whole exhaust and they send me the good one.
So ask cks for the diameter, if you have the facelift and the exhaust is 60mm it wont fit !
See that you have the facelift, so i hope that they send the good exhaust, since the pic on the CKS website is the pre facelift. And even à big tuner like Vaeth didnt know it was different.
If you have questions, lett me know

Think you also have to cut your oem silencer, you will get 2silencers with an y-pipe, this goes over your cutted oem mid-silencer.

THere are 2 exhausts I saw recently on ebay, 1 was a carlsson for a little over a thousand, its a quad setup mufflers only. The other was MCD (I think) that was just like the eisenmann setup. It has a muffler type resonator box and then dual quad setup, like a thousand and a half. I bet it sounds mean, I have the meistershaft and although I love it, its not worth 2 thousand plus

Thanks for the info and link. The exhaust has been shipped so all i can do now is pray.. Hahaha I did told them mine was the new facelift and they charged me a little more for some modifications. But whatever it is, I have a very reliable workshop buddy here that can help me with the alterations.
And otherwise, if you have a good buddy, he can solve this.
Please also be carefull that you dont cut to much of you oem exhaust.
The rest is a simple job to fit it....
The only thing/ dirty job that i had was, that i dont have the AMG package, so i had to cut my rear bumper...
I have replaced everything in one time, so also a high flow cat replacement
I hope you have the exhuast and pics soon
