There is no difference on grille openings for 2008-2011 c300/c350 models (luxury OR sport). The only difference in the w204 family is the C63 ///AMG. Grilles made to fit the C63 will not fit the c300, and vice versa. However, if you want a c63 styled grille, there are people on eBay who sell them specially made to fit the c300/c350.
