Where is the powering steering fluid?

Where is the powering steering fluid?
My power steering is making a slight whining noise when turning during normal driving conditions. It's slight, but wasn't there before. I opened the hod to check the power steering level, but I don't see where it's at. And the manual only list the coolant, wiper fluid and brake fluid.

Can anyone tell me where it's located?

BYW - I have a 2008 c350
