It has been done on a C63 but it should be the same process. It is a direct plug and play but when you do install them your fog lights appear to stay on all the time looking like the brake are on all the time. The thread is in the AMG C63 section. They have figured out how to fix it but you have to have someone with the STAR/SAM machine (not too sure) to decode it. Here's the link to it.

The rear SAM will have to be reprogrammed and there is someone here locally who can do it.
