Transmission fluid question

I used to own clk430 2001, I still have 4 liters of transmission fluid left.
I recently purchase a c300 sport 4matic 2009.

Can I still use the transmission fluid left over on the clk for the c300? 40k transmission drains and fill service?

Thanks

No, the older fluid is not suitable for the 722.9 7 speed transmission. The 722.9 transmission requires fluid meeting & approved against 236.14.

Find someone with an old 722.6 5 speed for your old fluid.

Ok thanks! now I know why they posted this when I bought my transmission fluid for my 2001 CLK430 www.AutohausAZ.com

For Mercedes models with 722.6XX electronic 5-speed automatic transmissions, NOT for latest model 7-speed 722.9xx automatic, please verify type of transmission. Up to 9 liters per car.
