:( hate drunk drivers

Good to hear you are okay, and having the driver being drunk makes it very obvious he was at fault and will be paying 100% of your damages, your car rental and diminished car value (if that rule applies in your state).
I hope the the other driver learned his lesson, hopefully he wasn't a repeat offender.

Damn bro, that sucks! First Min, now you. Good to hear you're fine and I'm sure she'll be back better than ever.
Check out Vorsteiner. They have the original design, but you'll be paying a pretty penny for it. You might be able to find replicas on ebay still though.

We apparently have the consistently toughest judge in the country regarding DUI. First time offenders get jail....always, regardless if celebrity or not. Seems to be usually a couple of weeks. Our papers tell the stories as they come up from time to time. I know there will be a variety of points of view on this, but I think she's right.

Consider suing or filing a claim with his insurance company only. That means the incident will not appear on your companies record.
Also, sue for diminished value of your car. This means your car even with a class 1/2 repair is not worth that of an undamaged car. You'll need an eval of the dv from a few MB dealers. dV is a standard part of tort law.
I hope you are ok and the medical insurance to you should be fairly straightforward.
If you file the claim through your company they will NOT subrogate for diminished value and they label you a trouble maker in their database.

Yep, good luck with diminished value claim to any insurance company unless you sell your car right away after the fix then you can PROVE your loss of diminish value.
As long as is not your fault, going thru your insurance policy should have no impact to your record. Once way or the other your insurance company will find out since you have to file loss to DMV if damage is greater then $700.(something like that). My car just got totaled by someone run a red light last month...
