Upgrading to 2012 Coupe from 2011 C300 or wait ?
Hey guys , i know a lot of you think this would be a stupid idea, but i just have to hear it. I have a 2011 C300 sport which i bought back in march of this year. I ended up paying $39k for it. It now has 11k miles on it but its in absolutely perfect condition, i get it waxed almost every month, no scratches etc. I was wondering if i trade it in now, would i probably go under on my loan ?
I did get it financed by mbfs with a down payment of 3k. As soon as i saw the coupe i just fell in love with it. But i dont want to take a senseless decision either and i can as well wait a year or two before trading it in.
Any suggestions people ?![Confused](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/confused.gif)

Cars are depreciating assets (aside from collector items) and you've had yours just long enough to suffer the worst depreciation it will experience in its lifetime...the first year. If money is of no consequence, do as you wish, but otherwise, it is very hard to justify abandoning the car you purchased so quickly considering how high your loss will be. Keep in mind, the W205 is about two years away, but if you are that easily tempted, you might consider leasing next time.

We are selling our 11 C300 Sport loaners with about 11-20k Miles for 28k so you will for lack of better words, loose you ***.
You may want to consider leasing next time if your into swapping cars often.

I much prefer the smoothness and refined power of the V6 over the 4 cyl. turbo, however I love the new interior of the 2012.
You should stick with your current car, and not have to deal with the financial loss of depreciation. There will always be newer and improved models, just wait until you really need to get rid of your current car. The C300 is still a fine car.

Agreed. Stick with the 2011 for another year or two. Trade in is going to kill you on that car. The coupes are nice for sure, but they're not worth losing your shirt.
