NEED HELP with CF Front Lip Installation - Will Pay $60 CASH (30 mins of your time)

Local shop wants $150... I tried to do it myself but dont have a curb high enough (park in underground garage) to get under it and I dont have a lift...

If any of you are pros at doing this and can help a brother out in the Los Angeles area, I'll pay you $60 for what should be a half hour of your time...

Or if you could point me in the direction of some place reasonable to get it installed... Trying not to pay $150 for only a half hour of work....

Thanks as always for your help

Use the oem jack, lift one side mock the lip and painters tape it in place. Repeat on other side.

OEM jack works well, but you still might need an extra hand to help depending on how well the lip fits. It's really not that hard to DIY. You just drill it in with screws.

Use a pair of channel lock pliers to hold it in place.

thanks for the tips... just after i initially tried to put the lip on, i couldnt get under the car enough to forcefully drill in the self tapping screws... so i figured i would be easier if i just paid a professional since i dont have a lift...

and because the lip looks like it has a fat gap on one side of the center, i figured maybe the pros could do somthing to bend it just right to eliminate the gap...

it is a lip from gary@suvneer... pretty bad fitment

I can't say that I've installed one before, but I do have a -brand spankin' new- low profile floor jack (and a few jack stands) I can bring by to let you use... Hit me up if the OEM jack idea doesn't work out...

You should really contact him to see if anyone else has had the same issue -I would do that BEFORE drilling holes in it- ... If not, it could be that yours is defective (is it the hollow one or the solid one?)
