help: certified pre-owned vehicle
can a vehicle that has been involved in an accident by CPO'd? the car that i'm inquiring about is a 2008 C300 w/18,000 miles on it.
any help is greatly appreciated!

Yes! When I spoke to the dealer, they said that any non-chassis or frame damage is ok. For example, trunk, lighting, bumper, and panel (fender) damage can still get CPO'd. But it should all be available on the CarFax anyways. Hope you get a good price on it.

As far as I know, MB wont CPO any car that has accident data from carfax or autocheck. I can find out for you first thing in the morning but I dont recall ever selling a CPO with a bad carfax.
