People with company cars?

People with company cars?
Just curious how many people here have company cars? When I bought my w204, people ridiculed me for spending so much on a weekend/toy car. Especially when the company whip is gas/maintenance/insurance/payment free. Im a car guy and I cant live happily knowing my only method of transportation is a standard issue company taurus.

I think your situation is awesome. You've got a decent car for your "tearing" around town in, while your nice car is parked safe and sound (hopefully garaged). I wish I had a company car!!

Yeah that's great, considering how much I care about my car, sometimes I really hate using it everyday, worrying about dings and cringing every time I have to slam on the brakes or hit the accelerator. Here on LI there are too many lucky people who can pay $2k a month and have an S550 as their everyday beater or maybe even get a Benz for their company car!

My E550 is my company car. For about 10 years I had the same set-up as you, company owned gave me a car and covered everything...I just saved/invested the $500 I would have paid for a car. now I get ~$1000/month to operate a car...like this set-up better able to get what I want...if you can swing it having a weekend/personal whip is your business...
