I know they are seeing this complaint thread here too...

So SUVNEER, where are you now? Do you consider this 50% quality fitment acceptable? Very interested in your response....

How I work is I "Find all threads started by Gary@suvneer" daily. Soon I saw your linked this to my thread, I came right away. Plus you have my phone # you can call me anytime.
All the guys know I am super easy to deal with. I always send out replacement if they received anything that was defective. You can just call me. Save a lot of time.
If you don't feel like calling, please feel free to email me @gary@suvneer.com
Please don't email @info@suvneer.com anymore. That is not my direct email address.

Gary's customer service was decent but I had a similar problem with fitment and a CF Trunk Spoiler. I still don't have a CF spoiler on my trunk.

You got a trunk spoiler from me w/ an issue? email me some pictures.

It was tested and fitment is great.

but again, all the CF parts are handmade so sometimes it can be off. We warranty our stuff ALWAYS.

I don't have the same lip anymore but I can send you the HC style no charge. Let me know.

Thanks for your response Gary, I appreciate it greatly. That totally makes sense, it is like an inch short on each side and the gap is more than I would expect. Luckily the installers said they wouldn't charge me much for the second installation.

I will change the title of this thread now that I am receiving your quality customer service warranty. Again, I appreciate you addressing this...

I will PM you right now with my address for replacement- please include a return label and I will send the defective one back...

No offense to the OP, but it seems like you jumped the gun on posting this thread. Next time how about a little more effort on your part to contact the person you bought it from, so he can rectify the situation, before dragging their name through the mud..

i agree with you, no need to try to drag anyones name through the mud...

If you read my posts, I tried before... the solution was "more screws and more tape"... and I also was emailing an outdated email address apparently...

the vendor did not realize the lip was defective, nor did I, so I wanted to make sure others were aware of the fitment by making this thread...

now that I have received an appropriate response and the issue has been resolved, the thread has been edited, and the vendors name is no longer dragged through the mud...

thank you SUVNEER

it shows that mistakes happen and that this vendor did have quality customer service after all and will look good to his future customers!

You are very welcome sir. You can throw away the defective piece. You can destroy it any way you want when you are stressed out haha.
PM me your shipping info so I can ship you the HC style.

On your white car, it should look like this:

RB23 & Gary@Suvneer I purchased the CF front lip C-Style from Gary cause he sold me the CF diffuser and it had a defect so I contacted Gary and I emailed him pictures about the CF diffuser and he sent me a new one right away which to me that's great service and it fits good. So I decided to order the CF Front Lip from Gary too since the service is great and the fitment is good on the CF diffuser but when I brought my vehicle to my body shop who have previously installed a different CF Front Lip on my car and it got destroyed after a while, Gary's front CF Front Lip C-Style did not want to fit properly and so we made had to have my self and 2 other people trying to installed this lip cause it will not fit. Now Gary we had to bend/flex the CF Front Lip on to my bumper and install like 10 or more screws to keep it tight but Im starting to see that since there is so much pressure the Lip is popping out little by little and I did not want to call you or email you cause I figure it would be Ok but I don't think these lips are made big enough with exact measure for our bumpers and $260 is not cheap either. So what can you do for me in this situation that Im going trough like RB23lb???

Just want to chime in real quick here to help a fellow vendor... Gary, I ran into the same issue here where people would post a question to me on some random thread and wait and wait and wait for an answer without me even having an idea that there was a question posted.

What helped was utilizing the "Keyword Alert" function MBWorld has to notify me via email when a thread is brought up that I might be interested in. Simply putting "Suvneer" as a keyword should help not only inadvertently missing forum member questions, but also responding quicker to customer needs.

Not saying you have to do this, but you'd be surprised how many vendors don't realize some of the tools out there MBWorld supplies to assist in providing better customer service

Thanks for the great tips, Michael!! Good products, boss!

Hey Boris0126, email me some pictures of the lip. We will figure it out. If you are not happy with it, I am not happy with it. I will warranty it when it breaks if you wanna keep it on the car for longer. Sounds good?

Damn great customer service! But honestly guys $260 for a CF lip is not a lot of money for a $62k+ car......The fitment issues will always be there with anything aftermarket. I don't blame the vendor at all, nor the customer. All that matters is everyone is taken care of, and Gary will get my business in the future!

P.S. - I think your new lip looks nicer than the prior one you had.....Good deal!! haha

I told you gary would honor his products, he really is a good guy and I have always recommended people to him, trust me not many sponsors would honor anything like that. I will admit I blew up at him when I received my defected lip, but he surprised me when he shipped out a new one same day. since then I have bought more things from him and receive quality every time

get the HC style lip from him, I think it looks better anyway, I have it on my car and the fitment is great and install is very easy.

Hey Gary I will take some pictures tomorrow morning and email them to you so you can see and I don't know if to wait till it breaks sounds like a good idea. Thanks for your great costumer service Gary.

I had this problem when I bought my lip too... but Gary is a great guy to deal with.. He sent me another one for free even I told him that I scraped the lip already ... There would always be honest mistakes with the fitments... But you gotta love Gary's customer service... BTW, Gary., I still hav both lips and I'm really beating the hell out of one so I can put on another one..

but from what I have seen and read they're all full of SHIZER!!
You're more likely to post an issue that you're having rather than praise a product that you purchased & works as it should.

I've yet to come across any aftermarket piece that fits perfectly.

Thanks again for the kind words, guys!

The key is all communication.

Fellow members if we get a bad product contact vendor to resolve issue.

Vendors understand that is frustrated to be the one to get the bad product.

I’m glad to hear everything is working out.

I went through 2 lips from Gary without any problems on car. Only problems I have are those mother father parking blocks kept on hitting them.

I am planning to get the rear spoiler from Gary.
