Are all W204 Brake Rotors the same size?
Asking because I wanna upgrade the brakes on the fiance's Benz when it's time but can't find any aftermarket support for her C200 CGI, seems they only have rotors for C300+

best bet is to take off wheel and then post some pictures. i can help you to determine if they are the same as US c300/canada C250. i doubt it will be using the larger canada C300/C350 brakes.

C350 front=12.7" Perf front rotor, single piston floating
C350 rear =11.8" vented rotor, single piston floating
C300&250 front=11.6 Perf front rotor, single piston floating
C300&250 rear=11.8 vented rear rotor, single piston floating
Kinda odd the rears are bigger, but guessing with EDB it doesn't matter
The Sport and comfort have the same size, its the engine that determines the size. Even 4matics have the same size for any given engine.
Id assume based on the stats sheet 250/300 brakes are the base brakes on any C class
The canada site says the brakes are the same corresponding size as well

Bigger dia rear rotor, yes, but less braking occurs in the rear as the rear piston size is much smaller.
Also I recall the front rotors are much thicker than the rears, increasing the mass and internal vane pumping cfm's, vs rear, for more heat absorbtion/expelling capacity up front for those 110 to 50 mph panic slowdowns, when officers are spotted.

Great summary, thanx!

I am not too sure about the current C250 I4, but i looked at them at showroom floor and they appear to be the same as the USA C300.... depending on market, the same model can get different brakes like how canada got better brakes on the C300 compared to USA
