moisture inside door?
This morning all the windows on my car were covered in ice so to backup I put the drivers windows down to poke my head out the window, I wasn't thinking and the window was covered in ice, once I rolled it back up I noticed some of the ice was gone so I guess some the ice melted off inside the doorm what do you think happens the moisture now inside my door? Do you think its going to sit in there and rust? I know some Mercedes have had the problem of the bottom of the doors rusting, I hope this doesn't happen to me!

Ouch. You should trade it in after that, doors gonna rust right through.
No but seriously, that's not a problem. The engineers realized this would happen decades ago.
Most of the rust issues are from before 2005 or so (don't quote me on the exact year) when MB wasn't galvanizing their vehicles amazingly enough. Theyve finally fixed that little "oversight".

Good news on two fronts! With current corrosion resistance strategies, it is very unlikely to happen to your car, and to your final concern, it is even more unlikely to happen to you.
