I am interested in a CPO 2011 C300 lux 4matic basic car. Only has heated seats. 10K miles. What is it worth? Will it be impossible to sell?

I briefly considered the notion when I bought my new car. Was quickly dissuaded of the idea as salesman told me that most buyers don't want a optionless P1-less car.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I think that I am a unique bird in that I my mind it is just less stuff to break. Like the drivers lumber and steering column adjustment is manual instead of power. No rear shade etc. All the stuff that led to me dumping my E3504matic. The key is to get a proper discount from a P1 car. I drove it and was thinking about offering $30K. Anybody think that is too much?

I paid just over 30K for my 2010 sport manual with just heated seats and 11K miles in April of this year.

I couldn't be much happier unless I was driving an E63. Little thing have been bugging me though since I bought ky car. Cup holder surround chipping, door handle breaking on the inside, and the shift knob coming loose. Nothing some warranty work can't fix though.

I'll bet the 6 spd is fun. What kind of mpg are you getting with it? That is my biggest concern with the 4matic.

That is mostly true. I had a base 4MATIC with heated seats that I tried to sell privately. It was near impossible to get rid of because most people want some options in it. I gave up in the end and traded it to the dealer

I agree with the above stated. I personally would wait and get something with a few more options. I personally could not live with out the HK or MM package. I had a loaner with the Audio 20 and it was downright highway robbery

I know this might sound stupid but did you check nada.com or kbb.com? Those are some resources the bank might check when giving you a loan...

Thanks it's a good suggestion. Because it's an '11 KBB doesn't have pricing for it. But based on your suggestion what I will do is do the comparison for a pair of '10's.

Buy another car if you're not going at least P1. A C class without P1 has less technology than a Toyota; trust me, I drive these option less C's all the time as loaner cars.

What is HK? The Harmon Kardon Q7? I drove one without and one with just a 10 days ago before I bought mine.

You couldn't pry me out of the C300 w/ HK (I think), MM, and P1! To me it was like an entirely different car!

Yes the Harmon Kardon system. And I agree. It feels like a chevy malibu (my car before this).
