Performance- Throttle Body spacer?

Performance- Throttle Body spacer?
Is there or is it possible to put a throttle body spacer on out cars? Ive heard nothing of it for us but for other cars in out "performance" catagory I guess you could say have them...Anyone?

I thought TB spacers were for cars with old style throttle body injection so that the fuel has more time to atomize? I haven't much experience with that though. Sounds very silly to me - doubt it would make any notable improvement in one of these cars.

Thats what I thought too until doing research and a lot of EFI cars have...even new ones so idk if its something that connects to the MAF as well or what
