Door Handle Removal
Hey this is my first post.
I am just wondering if anyone know how to remove the outside door handle for the rear door. It is rattling.
Thanks!

When I got my car done recently it turned out they needed a special tool to undo the handle to get it out. Could be purchased from a generic hardware shop as it wasn't that rare.
Front handles come off alot easier.

DIY: How to remove Door Handles [Pictures and Instructions]
I used a 9"Craftsman T20 Torx Screwdriver for this DIY.
So here we go:
First, locate the rubber grommet that's inline with the door handle...
...and remove it.
Aim your T20 Screwdriver so that it is level with the door handle and insert so that it reaches the torx screw. The amount of remaining driver length shown is the amount you should have left after the tip of your screwdriver reaches the screw. Unscrew, but don't remove the driver. Unscrew to where it seems the screw is no longer retracting, but don't pull the driver out. Leave the driver inserted; otherwise you will lose your screw in the door casing and you will be f***ed.
With one hand, pull the door handle. With the other, wiggle pull the other piece; the rear piece should pull straight out.
Like so.
Next, grab the door handle and slide it back. Use ample force and you should feel the door handle disconnect and slide back.
Start by pulling the back portion out...
Using a pulling/turning motion, pivot the door handle like shown. And the door handle should just come out.
Hope this helps and good luck! btw, MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
