Car problems???

So over the past month I keep getting more and more problems with my car it's 2009 c3004matic I'm starting to feel like I got a lemon.

So day after new years I was driving home and my cruise controll wasn't working I didn't think much of it, it was a cold night I tried turning the car off and on a couple times and sure enough it did the trick and started working again.
Next week after I turned on my car cranked the heat on and it sounded like the fan for the heat had broken off and was hitting the plastic for the dash it was making a horrible noise. After about 20 mins driving it fixed its self.
Week after my sun roof ,when I went to close it it would shoot back open about a inch id have to double click the button just to keep it closed and once again fixed it self and just today my driver window was doing the same thing I could auto put it down but It wouldn't auto go up when I held the window button up was it closed it shot open about an inch.

Every time I go and make a appointment with Benz dealer the problem fixes it self I'm not sure what to do. I don't want to bring my car in and they can't find anything then get left with a 300+$ bill. Any body have any suggestions ?

If you ask me, it sounds like something electrical is making your car fritz. Perhaps your battery is no good? You can get it tested for free.

Reason why I say that is that both the sunroof and the driver windows need to be re-synced. Just put it all the way down express (double click) and then right away after, manually close it all the way (only one click and hold until up).

The cruise control issue and the heater could be caused by some components not getting enough power until the alternator has been running and recharged the battery a bit.

I hope you're right but I would doubt that it's the battery (unless it also sounds like it struggles to start.) The starter takes a heck of a lot more juice than a heater fan so if it can continue to start easily I doubt it's a problem with the battery. That being said, I know nothing about Mercedes wiring but it certainly sounds like some electrical gremlin. And those are the worst to trouble shoot.

I'm wondering if it isn't some common ground that these share. Maybe the fuse box has a ground wire that isn't making a good connection. I'm just guessing here because I've never owned an MB yet so know nothing about their wiring.
