New here, first MB
Hi all, I'm new here.
I just picked up a 2011 c300 4matic from MB of Westminster (Colorado). Audio 20, heated seats, Sport, no premium package, black.
I never thought I would get to own an MB, but it was an 8 month old service loaner with 4k miles, and we got it for $30k as a CPO Mercedes. Traded in a Jeep Commander.
We're on our 4th Jaguar (an XF, great car) after an XJ8L and two X-Types.
I am looking at adding the Nav 20 system, other than that I'm happy with the car.
The feel and solidity of the Benz is great. It has good power (I'm spoiled after the V8 in the XJ8 and XF), but the power in the MB is smooth and just keeps coming.
We had a blizzard four days after buying it, and I started to worry about trading in the Jeep. But the 4matic did amazing, the MB just kept going.
All in all, I'm a very happy MB owner, and probably a convert for life now.
Thank you to the members here, I came in and stealthed around, making the buy decision. The information here helped greatly. Hopefully I can contribute to the group.
