I received the package I purchased from ebay. Upon inspecting the package.. Of course , there is no installation instruction. I only got the website installation diagram.. which is not very helpful at all.

Several things I noticed.
-The quality of the product looks pretty good.
- The original screen will be mounted where the ashtray is. (yes, you will have 2 screens) . the good is you can keep the factory bluetooth. The bad is you will loose the ashtray. (DONT know if I want to install this base on this)
- The GPS screen resolution is pretty good and will be mounted where the original is.
- The GPS software was made by igo in a 4GB sdcard. it also comes with a gps antenna.
- The backup camera looks great, wherever the camera is on, the screen will display the camera view.
- The USB attachment (come with an extra 4gb usb stick) is for the mp3. The sound is BETTER than the IPOD integration. (i have to unplug the ipod to listen USB)

I finally finished the install. Not too bad, but won't recommend to whose who never changed out a headunit before. The worst is running the video cable from the back to the front. none of the cables are labeled, but can't really mess things up since it only fit one way.
I dont have time to explain my install , but will answer questions.
The million dollar question, is this worth it.. I think so since I want to have a backup camera and the USB mp3 sounded better than the ipod integration at least louder to me.
The only thing i hate is I have to give up the ashtray.

Hey ST, thanks for all this. I had some questions...

Is the new screen the only thing that is being added? i.e. no additional boxes to install in the glove compartment?

How does the gps work? Do you notice any lag?

Where did you mount the rearview camera?

Do the steering wheel controls work?

There is nothing to install in the glove box, except I move the USB to the glove box.

I mounted the camera to one of the license plate light. It replaced one of the light.
The GPS works good. no problem. the sound comes out from the screen (not to the factory spkers)

everything on the steering wheel works with the factory screen. You cannot control anything on the new screen. (touch screen only)

I would like to add GPS to my car also, but don't know about having the original screen just sitting there on top of the ashtray. Did you come up with anything new?

no.. still using it.. l like the backup camera...more than the GPS
