Will these exhaust tips work?
I was doing some looking on Ebay today and came across these.

It looks like they will fit the car but I am unsure. I currently have a second set of the factory tips that I planned on adding but I don't know how they will look when people bend down and look at the car. It seems like there will be a gap on both sides where the tip connects to the pipe.
I like the look of these and can't afford a full exhaust setup this year. Too many other things on the list to do.
Does anyone have these or know if they will work. I would have them welded on.

I like those as well but they look like they were cut pretty short. I am worried that the shop won't be able to make them work.

if a shop cant weld and make a y pipe with those tips then cant call them professional muffler shop now can you?

Nice find. I've been looking for something like that also. Getting married next May, so I don't really want to spend 2-3k for an exhaust when you're not gaining that much performance and I don't want my car to sound faster than it actually is. It says in the ad to measure and compare with the specifications listed, but there are none listed that I could find. I emailed the seller to see if they can provide the dimensions. It is for a W204, so it should fit. We'll see.

Doesn't exactly answer the question we were asking. I would assume they would fit, but you know what they say about assumptions. They also have a 30 day return policy with free return shipping. I might try these with my tax return after I get my rims on and be a guinea pig.

Well if you beat me to it, & it seems like you will, post some pics when you get them installed and let me know about the quality. Are you going with a stock diffuser or carbon fiber?
