An 07 C230K, eh? I guess you would have to sell it for $9000 since 2005 was the last year of the C230K. An 07 C230 has a V6 engine and is worth more than $9000 almost certainly unless it is just ridiculously high mileage or beat up.

What happens if your company bombs and you get stuck paying maintenance, utilities, and a lease for an office making zero revenue. If you have student loans... payments begin as soon as you finish school. What if you total your car and it severely affects your expected resale value and suddenly you're a few g's short of a satisfactory deposit.
Lot of scratches, tires need to be changed ASAP, same for the brakes and there is a tear on the leather on the front seat. 90k miles.

W204 09' C350
Normally if you have to guess so much.. it means you cant afford it.
- Questionable Credit
- Huge downpayment
- College/New business
If I was you.. I would just drive what you have now and save the money for a year get the newer car (C63/M3) when your business is more stable. Your credit is better ( I suggest getting a credit card for all business purchases to build credit ), and you have something stable as a established business not new.
Now the other side of me, how old are you? in your 20s? Im 26, and worked and saved my butt off. If your young and willing to risk it. I say F'it get the 335i. Performance and power. If you want luxury and comfort with a balance of handling n power get the C350.
I picked the C350 because im scared of 335i problems =X. I really wanted a 335i with a JB4 Chip.. YUM..... plus 335i looks ugly vs the C350 =(.
Smart thing to do: Save for a year wait for more a stable life and get buy a even BETTER CAR
(C63/M3/S5)
Young thing to do: F*@#$@ it all I want car now 335i VROOM VROOM! =D
I been in your shoes. I picked the C350 for reliability over the 335i and gave up on power in busy los angeles streets, but im still settling as I really want a GTR (Which I can afford, just not smart to...) Ill just take it in baby steps.

c300 4matic
I own both a 335i (e93) and a w204 c300. In my opinion the 335i is very very fast. It is also louder and more fun. BUT, if you are looking for a comfortable daily driver, get the c350 because I assure you that the BMW will be much harsher in terms of ride quality and easiness to drive. Don't get me wrong though, the 335i is a very fun and enjoyable car, and if you think you can live with it every day more power to you. I just would never drive it every day, thats what I use my c300 for.
Also on the issue of the HPFP, I personally have never had the HPFP problem, although I knew many who have, (mine is an 08 model). But for the newer coupes and sedans with the larger, single turbo'd straight six (code named N55), while they still have the HPFP problem, it is not nearly as frequent as the previous twin turbo'd N54 engine, the one my 335i has.
Again its all about what your using it for and how comfortable you are in each one. Just my thoughts on this.

I wanna do a HUGE downpayment because I don't like having debt. I always pay agressive. I have a question, I already made up my mind about getting the C350 but is there any way for me to tune it ? Like add some HP ?

2009 Barolo Red C300 Sport and 2012 Lunar Blue C350 Coupe
speaking from experience, take the C350
There are better ways to improve your credit than to buy a car, keep it for a year and then sell it. Not to mention that unless you get a really good deal on the car you are going to end up losing money due to depreciation. I know you only plan on keeping it for a year, but you will still lose money. With a $15k down payment I think you should be able to get a nice enough car that you would want to keep it for some time. I didn't put anything down on a brand new C300. Have you actually gone to the dealer to see what they could do for you, or are you just speculating? Join a credit union, deposit your $15k and see what kind of auto loan you would qualify for. Then go out and drive both cars you mentioned and see which one YOU prefer. You are on a Mercedes forum asking for peoples advice about choosing between a Mercedes and a BMW. Your answer might be a little biased.
I hope this helps.
