Will these offsets work
Sorry guys I'm a newbie but I was thinking of buying some wheels and wanted to know if these will fit with no problems on my 2010 c300 Awd
the back is 9 1/2" wide and the offset is 48
the front is 8 1/2" wide the offset is 38
if they fit what is the widest tires I can go with without sacrificing to much sidewall??

they stick out a good 1/4-3/8". The wishbones on our cars go in as they go up so it actually clears w the right tires. I ran ET35 for 2 yrs on my 08 but it was tight. 225/40/18 front and 255/35/18 out back. fronts are no prob, but backs had to be skinny brand tires. regular brands need 245 to be safe. U wont clear dropped, when i put supersports on in late 09 I had to run 235 to clear and I got new wheels instead, stretch was ridiculos

I have a few pix on here.
No rubbing from fronts. Only rubs time to time on the rear right when I have passenger in the back.

DEEAMG ur rubbing out back because of the profile, they should be 245/255 30 19 out back. I clear w 255 skinny brand tire w 35 offset at stock ride height. If you get 245/30/19 it will work. If you drop the car its not gonna work unless you stretch alot more. Find a good wheel shop and have the hubs shaved 5mm, thats what I did to my Brabus wheels and it saved me

i just ordered some 19" RODERICK RW-2 wheels
19x8.5 with a 45 offset
19x9.5 with 45 offset
will these tires work i'm on stock suspension and would rather not stretch the tires if i don't have to
235/35/19 and 265/30/19

Any way to move this here https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w...ts-wheels.html or can we sticky this thread? How many offset threads are needed? Sorry, just my OCD kicking in a little bit.

do not go 245 or 255 in the rear. The setup u posted i perfect, thats the right tire size to look good. If you want a matching sidewall thats straight in the back go 275, or u could go 225 up front. Personally i would do 235/35/19 and 265/30/19 like u posted. thats what I use usually and im glad to see u did some reading.........

if you want as much beef as possible without looking retarted go 245/35/19 up front and 275/30/19 out back. Be aware there is no dropping the car LOW with that, unless you ran skinny brand tires. If your concerned about the wife driving, up front is where u want the little xtra. 9 out of 10 times a wheel is bent its up front. When hitting a pothole that is huge the car rebounds and the rear skates over it easily, its the front that has more travel and the wheel is less supported cause it turns and goes up at same time. Its still looks nice in 245/275 thats what I have on moms benz right now
I got the same worries w her LOL but shes pimipin haha
