Best Pace car/rabbit ever- Porsche GT3 RS

On my drive from home in Jersey to school in CT night before last I encountered the best pace car ever: A porsche GT3 RS. It was the newest model from the look of the front LED running lights, and it was white with baby blue accents (skirt stripes, wheels). Let me just say....she fast. she sexy. The exhaust was surprisingly quiet under WOT...much more quiet than mine (which says how inappropriately loud it is for how fast my car is). What a joy to follow. Despite having NY plates she parted ways with me right before the NY border. She will be missed...much better than a radar detector anyday

Awesome car, Porsche is the only other German brand right next to Merc when it comes to my favorite cars, great company! Our W204s are great cars, but I think the new RS is probably one of the best true driver's cars in the world right now.

Update- It was a good weekend for me. Apparently the car-gods looked down on me and smiled. On the way home I got to rabbit a Ferrari 458 Italia for about ten minutes. I do not know exotics well as I won't be in that market for many years, but after looking up the triple exhaust I believe that is the ferrari I was following. Gorgeous car.

The RS is a really fun car to drive -- the last breed of the GT1-block Mezger engine.

Mine is just a GT3 (when I bought mine, the RS' hadn't arrived to the dealers yet), and I really enjoy the rawness of the car.

The other day Ferrari invited me to drive the California in a nice Sunday afternoon. I really liked the amazing exhaust sound and the sophistication of the car. After the drive, I sat back to my GT3 -- very different raw feel compares to the Ferrari, yet both are excellent pieces of engineering. In a perfect world, I would llove to have one of each in my garage.

Regards,
