Grinding noise ? Wtf

Just did some exhaust work and now when I start the car I get this grinding / vibrating noise . It goes away while driving . Had stock resonater put back in and x pipe moved to where the secondary cats go then had my secondary cats moved up closer to the engine . I'm running downpipes rather than primary cats and have obx headers installed . Should I get rid of the secondary cats ?

could be an exhaust shield or sumthin touching the headers/block getting a vibe off it. Pop the hood and take a good look while a friend starts the car............Whats the idea behind putting in the Xpipe up front and puttin in the stock resonator back? U tryin to get rid of some drone or get more backpressure? I think both cats should be in for optimal engine performance the O2 readings are part of the whole ECU game. U getting andy CEL's popping up now? Never seen and Xpipe and resonator used together im interested in the theory.....

Put both in for back pressure and drone , one if the tuning shops on the island said I should try this . He said to remove secondary cats also but the muffler shop I went to wouldn't take them off . I want to put my primaries in but no one seems to want to do it . As for the mouse I'm not sure what the deal is cause the last time I started the car there was nothing . As for the the resonantor xpipe combo it seems to be working out good so far .
