Seatbelt not catching

Seatbelt not catching
My front passenger seatbelt is not catching. The release is stuck in the depressed release position. I assume this is warranteed but is there something I can do to fix easily? Or if not how big of a repair job is it? New car just over two weeks old and have only been able to drive it about a week because it's been it the shop for various reasons and so would like to keep it out of it if possible.
