I am looking for an 8000k H7 HID kit for my low beams.

I have been waiting for AZN Optics to get some more in but they are stuck in customs. I am ready to start working on my car and only want to pull the fender lining once to install these and some different lenses on the driving lights.

Does anyone have a link to another set that will work as well and ill not throw error codes?

Thanks

I've heard good things about Philips Xenon, but their limit I think is 6,000.
I just ordered both hi and low beams from them.

I have the 55w kit from ddm tuning right now and so far it's been great , no warm up time and the light spread is pretty good for aftermarket lights . Mine are 8000k with the slim ballest .

i have bought from ddm tuning and xenonhidconversionkit.com , had to wait a long time for both to get here to texas but ddm was actually slower took them 3 days just to ship the lights from china, the other guys took 5 days to my front door. Whatever you get get the canbus ones so you wont have any error. Both sets i bought was 55w with digital slim canbus ballasts.I posted a thread with 10 dlls off from the second supplier if you want to use it.

You can give Morimoto kits a try: http://www.theretrofitsource.com/pro...oducts_id=3893

I have the H7 5000k 55W Kit in my Mercedes now. Choose the Stand-alone can bus instead of the heavy duty relay. If you buy everything individually, it totals to $180, but if you buy the kit, the $30 can bus harness is free making it $150 and they have a promo code for free ground shipping. So far they're way brighter than my previous HID kits and the quality is amazing.

Yes you would need the error eliminators.I would highly suggest you find one that has canbus ballasts which are all integrated and dont need extra wiring or anything.

Just to confirm, the stand-along CANBUS is not integrated into the 3Five ballast? Meaning, it is a separate piece to connect?

I'm having occasional flicker issues on one of my DDM tuning bulbs that has the CANBUS error eliminator connected to a slim digital ballast.

I just put a set on my 08 C300. No problems at all, plus a lifetime warranty.

You are correct. The stand-alone CANBUS is not integrated into the ballast. It is still plug and play though. I personally just went with Morimotos because I didn't want to deal with that "lifetime warranty" crap. I'm not saying it's not great, but it is extremely tough to claim your warranty. With theretrofitsource, you have a 5 year warranty, which is essentially the life of the kit.

Any problems or errors? Also anyway you might be able to post a pic with them on? Thanks.

I haven't had an error so far but if you zip tie the wires, dont make it too tight or it won't work. That's the only issue I've had with them. Yeah, I'll post a picture sometime tomorrow but they also have a ton of pictures on their website as well.

I usually go with ddmtuning kits but I didn't know that upgrading to aftermarket hids in the c300 threw codes

You need a can-bus harness to cancel out the errors.
