syn-blend in w204

Hi all. I need some quick advice. I accidentally put synthetic blend oil in my 2008 c300 sport 4matic. 45k on the odo. Its got maybe 200 miles on the syn-blend since I realized it as I was throwing away the bottles. This is the first oil change I've done in the car since I've had it. I know it requires full synthetic oil.
How bad is it, and will it be OK? Do I NEED to change the oil now asap, or can I let it go for another couple hundred miles before I change to full syn.

Thanks

Waiting a bit won't make any difference. Mobil 1 is compatible with everything.

For your model/year, MB specifies 229.5 synthetic oils only. They suggest substitution options, but only for pre-1998 vehicles.

-definitive-approved-engine-oil-requirements-usa-

(see link in 1st post)

To be consistent with MB, drain and refill with 229.5 oil, selection based on where you live. Filter can stay.

What is your historic oil change cycle?

This helps others respond to issues, like tires, part sales, etc. Thanx

Ya I know what it needs. I was just wondering how/if its hurting the car by having syn-blend in it for a short time.
