I retrofitted the BSA into my 2013 C350 Coupe about 4 years ago. You need the two mirrors, wiring harness, radar sensors and retainers, and have a steering wheel that has the vibration motor. You also need to have the code entered into the Mercedes Benz VEDOC. Once the code shows up on the data card, you will have to go get the BSA programmed. I did this in conjunction with the power folding outside rear view mirrors. And that is a whole different install.

whoa... how much did that set you back? and...is there any install write up? I really would love this, but concerned the cost is way stupid high
any info would be great. Thanks!!

I have retrofitted the Inteligiant Lighting System (ILS), which is way better than the halogen or xenon headlamps, the Blind Spot Assist, Power Folding Rear View Mirrors, and Lighted Star in the grille. In all, over $8K in parts alone

its not just the mirrors you'll need to change, you'll need to have to have the sensors on both right and right side. last, but not least you'll need to reprogram the comand module that you control via the steering wheel.
