Last year I found there was engine oil on the engine body below the air intake hose. Dealer found it was the faulty oil cap and replaced it in September. Now I found the oil again in the same place, but much less than last time.

Very unlikely it's the "faulty" cap again. Cap looks ok to me. However, I finger checked the opening all around and noticed couple of places it is not smooth. Wonder that little bit unsmoothness will cause oil to leak out? Gasket on the cap should take care of it?

Tomorrow I will go to the same dealer who replaced the original cap and see what they have to say this time.
