08 C350 or 09 C300 Sport?

Need help deciding between the two. I have test driven both. I like the 350 power but the 09 updates are nice.

2008 white with black interior C350, amg package, no nav
2009 black on black C300 Sport, P1, nav

Similar miles (both have 30k) and price. Which would you choose?

Thanks!

It seems like its sportiness vs. added comfort of p1. If you can live without the garage opener, heated/memory/power seats, rain sensing wipers, power steering column, and auto dimming mirrors (I know theres still a couple other options) then go for the power. Another thing to think about is the warranty. I would think that the 2009 is still under warranty, not sure about the 2008. Is this from a dealer (CPO)? Did you check the carfax?

Carfax is clean on both. Each is a one owner. I had a MB dealer evaluate both and each of them are up to date on their scheduled maint. Both are from the original owners, not a dealer. 09 still under warranty for the balance of the warranty.

The 08 C350 has power/heated seats, just not the memory that the 09 has. I love the white exterior/black interior of the C350 and since it will be a daily I am thinking that white may be a little easier to maintain. I have a black 08 RR HSE and it looks amazing when clean but take it out once and it needs another wash.

Does anyone without the navi screen regret not having it? I know its not the best system out there but that big screen popping up sure looks cool and maybe a little easier to see when using it for other functions.

You can always retrofit the nav screen/head unit!
Thers a lot of people who did it ( I'm in the process) the head unit and screen go for about 800$ on eBay than add another around 500$ in parts but I think it's worth looking into!

get a 350 with a bit more miles and has all the 300 options. 300 is way too slow! if i didn't need the 4matic i would never buy this slow rag! and i think gas mileage is almost the same

I think you are right, unless one is going wot most of the time. The C350 has a taller rear diff ratio, which helps it match the C300 on standarized epa tests.

I'd be inclined to go C350, with a Garmin type portable unit.
