2009 C350 - ipod intergration with iphone 4s

Hello all, I recently purchased the new iphone 4s, however, the ipod integration kit i have in my 2009 C350 does not recognize my new iphone 4s. Please advise on:
1) what i have to do to charge my iphone 4s via the ipod kit
2) how i can upload my contacts from my iphone 4s to comand.
3) and most importantly, how i can integrate the playlists on my iphone 4s is the Comand system in my car.
