So I just got off the phone with 5 MB dealerships
None of them offer a torque converter drain, every one of the advisors said it is not necessary to unless they find something that they are not supposed to in the oil pan.
Also, if I jsut do a flush to the transmission is it okay? As in just take out the old oil and put in the new ones and not change the transmission oil filter
Can anyone advise?
Thank you!

Try this: ask for a labor and materials quote to do it right. Give them the M-B document number with the correct procedure. It is posted all over this forum.

I have told them specifically they need to drain it according to MB manual. I either get we do not do that service or there is no tq converter plug for my model 2008. Only 2010 and after.
Unbelievable.....so I guess I will just do the pan fill then?
Also, can I just use a pump to pump the oil up the pan? How do I fill it up if I was to DIY without the ATF machine?
Thanks!
