Bought it off of another member who bought it off of another member who claimed it was "100% new." Turns out it doesn't have ANY clips at all, and there are a few small blemishes/chips on the clear coat. Lol. Which is why I've been trying to sell it at a ridiculously low price point. >_> Brackets are also included! Albeit, they're epoxied onto the diffuser lol.

Edit: I read your description and saw that its missing tabs...looking for one that i can install no problems...how much for the tips?
