was wondering if this is even possible (maybe with many coats?) and where i can get the arctic white paint plus clear coat PLUS a good spray gun for this project

It's been done before and looks ok. I went to go look up the pic for you but the guy who was hosting the pic made his album private now. If you were going to try it, try a cheap method of wrapping in white vinyl to see if you like the look or not first before you mess with sanding and spraying. You could also use white plastidip as well which might be a better option to get all the curves edges.

and get the same colour paint in a spray can, i haven't bought from them, so just do a little research on it before you order. :p

My vinyl guy John at JSDesignFactory already made a precut of the slat shape using my grille and ran it through his machine for me, then applied. He's sold a few precuts to others here as well and ships if needed.

 

^He must make other kinds of vinyls for the grille as well then? Matte, black etc?

same here, id rather order one thats pre cut, and i would still have to apply a clear coat over it right for a glossy finish so it matches my carbon fiber lip ?

Also, perhaps I am not understanding the website properly. I can't find any vinyl overlays for a C350 grille. That website isn't really well done, not even sure how to place an order really.
