Exhausts

Wondering what exhaust set up people have gone with? I don't have 2-3gs to spend on a exhaust system so is custom the way to go?

alot of the members on here do the resonator delete with an xpipe and some different tips. I would do it too but it seems to be slighly raspy from the sound clips ive heard. I hate that "gurgle"/ rasp sound.

I am used to camaros and mustangs so maybe thats why i dont think it sounds right. Or maybe it sounds way better in person...

Unfortunately it seems all the exhaust systems you can buy are upwards of $2k. You can do the x pipe resonater swap and then have a shop install magnaflow or flowmaster mufflers for quite a bit less than that. I don't know if you searched on here or not, but there are a lot of threads with people trying different set ups to get a good sounding exhaust without any drone. Seems like a lot of trial and error and by the time they get it right they are about at the cost of one of the systems they were trying to avoid, but then they do have the satisfaction of having a truly custom exhaust with a tone that pleases them. Try it and post what you do.
