Hey everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself to the forum. I recently picked up a white 2010 C300 2wd, that's right, RWD!

Her name is "Heidi", as in Heidi Klum. (She's white, She's German and she has Black inside her)








It's going to be a VERY slow project, but it will eventually be finished.

Here are just a few things that 've done

Blacked out "C300" and "Star" in trunk:

I'm trying to figure out whether i want to go with black tint or the AMG blue tint. With the auto tinting mirror, the black tint may severely affect my vision during night time driving. Thoughts?

I'm also trying to figure out rims. i love the C63 wheels, but i find that "everyone" has them. I'd like to be a little different. I really want the C63 Black multi-spoke wheels but it'll take way too long to clean. the old school AMG Monoblock II wheels would be ideal, but from what i understand, they are a pain to make them fit. (any suggestions?)




Anyway more mod's will be coming. (probably slowly since i have no $$$)

 

Love your analogy. I do not find it hard at all with tint on my windows. I currently have 20% on my windows and have no issues. As for the rims you have to go with what your taste is. I'm more of a 5 star rim fan so I would shy towards the C63's

tbh, I am not feeling the blue badging in the back. Maybe with some CF stuff to balance it out, the badging will blend in more.

AMGCLS68... nice car! I have a 2008 C300 in RWD also! Your eye lid lights look much brighter than mine. Have the stock bulbs been replaced with something else? Fogs look really bright too. I've been thinking about putting the PIAA amber bulbs in mine. Have PIAA ultra white in my low beams but I was hoping for a little more bluish tint so I may swap those out.

 

I"ve got white LED's in there. Bought them locally, pretty much the same as the CANBUS ones offered this forum.

 

Thanks! That will be one of the first things that I do. Already changed the headlight bulbs.

 

congrat to have a c300, in Vancouver there have some shop sell those eyelid light, but that is way expensive than AZN, here is my car in Canada

 

Yeah, the only place that i found them that worked without setting a warning light costed $20 each. Looks good tho.

Installed an AMG style spoiler painted Calcite White

For upgrades: Carbon front lip always looks good.
Quad exhaust as well.

 

Spoiler looks great. I have an Obsidian Black AMG spoiler sitting in my garage and need to have it painted. The AMG shape is perfect.
You also inspired me to order the Black badge. I'm an eBay freak and can't believe I hadn't seen that. I guess its because it doesn't have W204 in the title.
