swiss chiptech?

hello,

has anyone used chip tuning box by Swiss Chiptech?

I'm trying to get piggy back ecu instead of ECU remap due to warranty issues.

is there any other famous chip tuning company?

thanks,

how was the performance gain? does he drive a diesel or gasoline? do you know how long he used swiss chip?

i was thinking to get racechip but one of my friends got it installed and got his car stopped in the middle of high way due to injecter problems so i'm thinkning of swiss chip..... hope there is no problem with swiss chip

The website claims a 25% increase in power, which seems pretty optimistic to me.

They also sell a euro version sprintbooster - its called a "pedal tuner" and an anti-friction supplement about which they say (roughly quoting) "we tried it in two cars and were surprised at the results" Now that's extensive testing you can rely on!

There also a german company, so they do have to meet strict rules on there products. The Germans have never been ones to go deep into detail on there products, they suck at customer service and marketing. If you look into the power claims there pretty much inline with JB, Kleeman, Carlsson, Brabus etc etc.

Brabus's stage 2 package actually promises more gain due to the upgraded FMIC. Everyone else though would be a rough stage 1.

i have also used Dynatek piggy back ECU. i actually tested my car on dyno and there was not much of gain but the seller states that it will increase approx. 20-25% so i don't know how reliable to believe swiss chip's statement on power gain.

have you also tried the eco tuning? im just wondering if it acually saves the gas mileage
