When I
1. recall I wrote a big $$$ check and handed it over to this finance person with my wet hands;
2. very carefully park it in a public lot to avoid being too close to any other cars;
3. set the cruise control which is different from my other Japanese SUVs;
4. sit so low compared to my SUVs;
5. remember to fill in with premium gas, not regular gas;
6. see the C300 on the trunk lid (isn't that obvious?)

I agree that it has bad lag, and it may not be very fast but keep in mind its just as fast as the 328 bmw, pretty much same torque and hp and that car was its main competitor from 08-12.

Oh i did, but when were you able to floor the car when you go on a test drive both privately and from a dealer? it felt fast from the torque but it can't even outrun a 4banger. We got the technology, exterior and interior down, and that is why MB is stepping up the engine game for the 2013 C300, C350. lol @ haters who can't accept the fact
On the bright side
1. You know you drive a C300 when you compare your interior with a 3 series BMW and it completely blows it away

Don't know why it won't open, but it's a video from my cousins supercharged e46 M3 and another supercharged e46 M3 doing a run on the highway. I was in one of the M3's and now my car feels like a 1 horse chariot. SMH! I don't think I ever driven anything this slow before!!

I don't know why everyone is ragging on C300's... The car responds great to increase in air flow... I did K&N filter, X-Pipe and resonator and muffler delete. My car was definitely no slouch, and I took out a few Genesis Coupe's...
Heck, my C250 4-cylinder turbo is even faster with my tune, intake and exhaust. Beat my brother's V8 03 Mustang 0-80...

Haha - jumped the shark is funny.....
Not sure I understand the trunk commentts - either key or door switch, I count 1 mississippi...2mississippi....it is open every time before the 2nd mississippi (damn it is fun typing mississippi...) I would not want it any faster, last thing I want is to pull over because my knee bonks the door button for a split second....
JC, car is sweet - but I call bs on the Mustang Gt and the Genesis - just do not see it happening....sorry buddy.

I know I own a C300:
- when I recall there's a long time from the last repair.
- when I find an excuse not to arrive home yet.
- when I hit the gas, and maybe I'm not going too quick, but I feel involved in it.
- when steering at high speeds feels like a playstation game (extremely sensitive)
- when you see a W203
